Dr. P. V. Sudharsan
Dr Sudharsan P V is an associate professor of neurosurgery, who completed his M.Ch. in Neurosurgery from the prestigious CMC Vellore in 2022, after his MS in General Surgery from Madras Medical College in 2019. He is ATLS-certified and holds an FRCS in Neurosurgery from the Royal College of Surgeons – Edinburgh. He is also a DrNB in Neurosurgery in February 2023. He has worked with the O-arm and is used to brain, stereo-taxy and spine navigation. He has performed (~1600), assisted and supervised (~400) more than 2000 neurosurgical procedures. He has a keen interest in research and has 26 presentations in various general and neuro-surgical conferences across the nation. He has 9 indexed publications, and has completed a University Research Grants funded project on overexpression of EGFL – 6 in benign meningioma tissue. His current research interests are in Chiari malformation, Endoscopic and microscopic minimally invasive spontaneous intracerebral hematoma evacuation, Neuro-trauma, Spine surgery ,spinal dura
